I have been working at D. Hilton Assoc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is a lot of recognition for positive performance. We go and do a lot of fun things as an office, such as sporting events and concerts. We frequently have food brought in. It is a friendly environment and we dress very casually. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, and also learn about other departments. We have an excellent reputation within our niche market.

    Cons

None that I can think of. It is stressful, just like any other job.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at D. Hilton Assoc. (The Woodlands, TX) in February 2013.

    Interview

    Smat people, great staff.

    Reasons for Declining

I was offered a comp analyst position but I turned it down for another company, the other company went ahead and cancelled the position unexpectedly. I lost a great opportunity by not going with d.hilton. I listened to other people instead of listening to myself. Huge screw up. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great start in compensation.
