Of livable and affordable new homes built with unmatched efficiencies and uncompromising quality. Of family traditions passed on to new generations. Of a business that would grow by making customers’ dreams a reality.

That philosophy of creating value every step of the way was the Company's signature focus when Horton unveiled his first neighborhood in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area over three decades ago. The simple vision that began over 35 years ago represents years of value and security when you choose America's Builder to make your dreams come true.

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at D.R. Horton (Las Vegas, NV) in March 2010.

I was referred to this position by the business relationship I had with my previous employer (they were my client). It was a casual and comfortable. I already knew the managers from working with them on projects for at least a year so that really helped with them knowing what type of employee I was and if I would fit into the position or not.

    Interview Questions

    • Questions were basic and they really just wanted to get to know you, your interest and a little bit of your background.   Answer Question

I told them what I would like to be paid and they said they could do that.
