The nature of our work in finding quality physicians to meet the scheduling needs of our clients and the impact of our recruited physicians on the patients of client site is very rewarding. D&Y empowers its associates to be able to perform their work in a successful manner to make positive differences in the quality of work and service level that we deliver to our physicians and clients. The company offers an environment that promotes engagement of its associates and fosters appreciation of its associates. The company is very stable having been in business for thirty years and continues to be successful in its business results.
Not a con but a reality as with any successful organization, there is on-going change due to adaption of technology, market conditions, industry factors, competition, etc. that must be embraced by its associates in order for D&Y to continue to be successful in meeting the needs of its clients and its providers.
Advice to Management
Continue to communicate to all levels of associates in the organization regarding company operations, results, changes, etc. to ensure that all associates are informed and equipped to perform their duties in an excellent manner.
