JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW: To make travel and lodging arrangements for medical providers for their contracted work assignments with D&Y clients.

D&Y is a rapidly growing company in a hot market. They have strong leadership and a solid business plan. They provide good resources to enable the recruiters and salespeople to achieve their goals. At the individual performer level they have a recipe based on activity. If you follow it, you will be successful. The culture is a sales driven one but also team oriented and very employee friendly. They feed you a lot :) They stress performance and accountability.
The performance/accountability is not for everyone. If you are not willing to work hard and really attack your daily KPI's, or look to cut corners, this would be a very tough environment.
Advice to Management
Continue to listen to your staff about their challenges and provide the necessary resources for them to be successful.
The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at D&Y (Huntsville, AL).
Interview process was conversational which created a more relaxed experience. It was like getting to know someone new opposed to trying to 'sell' myself. I enjoyed meeting everyone involved in the process.
