Account Executive - Atlanta, GA
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW: Market and sell locum tenens services to healthcare clients. Identify current and potential users of locum tenens staffing. Build business relationships with hospitals, medical groups, clinics, practice management companies, and health systems educating them about D&Y Locum Tenens services.

This year we took a different approach to how we wanted to support local organizations. Our Huntsville and Atlanta office each picked an organization that would recieve a monetary donation from the company. On top of the monetary donation, D&Y offers each associate 8 hours of volunteer hours a year so that each person can give their time to organizations they are passionate about.

I have been working at D&Y full-time (More than 10 years)
As it was just my anniversary month - it has given me the opportunity to reflect on my years at D&Y. I didn't come to D&Y looking for a career, it was originally intended to be a somewhat temporary stop along my professional path.
Many years later I have experienced a reasonable share of trials and tribulations, but I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunities afforded and the professional relationships established.
D&Y crept up on me and over the years and before i knew it, became my career destination. My want is that the organizational culture, feeling of value and opportunities offered are creating career destinations for many others as well (and I'm confident that is happening)!
I'm extremely biased (and transparent about that) when it comes to my experience at D&Y!
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at D&Y (Huntsville, AL) in March 2018.
I was emailed by HR to schedule an interview appointment. She gave me all the details I needed: time, location, directions, etc. I was lead to the interview room, where I was first interviewed by HR then by the manager of the department. Before leaving, I was asked to email HR after I had processed the interview to let them know if I was still interested. Once I reached out to HR to let them know I was interested, we scheduled a second interview where I also got to shadow the position I applied for. After the second interview and a few days later, HR emailed me and offered me the position!
