Given that its a startup and a small sized company, the processes are not yet in place. Should improve in terms of operations.
Advice to Management
Start thinking in terms of managing teams and peoples expectations while growing from a small company to a bigger organization.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DAASL in March 2010.
Intrview process at dassl is not that easy ,we have to clear 2 to 3 rounds of technical discussions followed by HR interview.
