I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DB&A (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2021

    Interview

Received a call from recruiter Tony Kitchen. He explained everything that DB&A was looking for and what the process would be. He asked me to think if it would be a good fit, and he would call back the next day to discuss it further. I thought it would be a great fit, and liked everything the company preaches. We talked the next day and he asked me the normal background questions to see if I did have experience or not. The next step was phone interview to pitch a product to a CEO, and Tony still gave me the steps needed and what has given people problems in the past. Tony put the ball on a tee and did everything he could to help me succeed, but I wiffed on my pitch. The interviewer Jonathan was even helpful and tried to help me recover during my stumble. I see all the negative reviews from past people. You have to bring your best every day, and I didn’t... both Tony, and Jonathan were still trying to help me succeed even when I wasn’t an employee. This is a good company with great people. Thank you Tony, and Jonathan
