Interview
Very clear and deliberate throughout. I always knew where I stood in the interview process, what the next steps were, and when my follow up interviews/ calls were to take place. Introductory call and follow up call with internal recruiter with general questions about past employment. Then had a phone call with a VP who asked much more in-depth questions about past employment, and what I thought DB&A actually did. I had a zoom call with a separate operations chief where there was a numerical reasoning question. Everyone I talked to was very clear about the goals of the company and about the travel aspect of the job.InterviewTalk about a time you had to influence somebody who did not work for you during your employment. Were you successful? What were your tactics to persuade them?
