management requires a dedication to long hours. Relocation is often required in order to work for specific clients. Clients can be very demanding and sometimes impossible to please.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DCM Telemarketing (New York, NY) in September 2015.
After filling in the application on-site and waiting for a while, I was interviewed by a very nice hiring manager. After discussing my work history and qualifications I was asked to do a role play exercise. They were testing my selling ability - and since I had no sales experience (they knew that from the get go) it was not the easiest process for me.
