    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DCP Midstream LP (Denver, CO).

    Interview

First round on campus primarily behavioral interview. They cover a range of questions about leadership, initiative, problem solving and collaboration. Why LEAP, why DCP, why should we hire you.

Second round in their Denver HQ. Reception the night before just casual gathering with some executives and team members. Next day we had a tour around their facilities, Q&A session and we saw their collaboration center which was pretty cool. They served lunch and the 3 back-to-back interviews in the afternoon, 1 hr each similar behavioral format as with the first one on campus.
