Uncapped commission and no set territories gives you the opportunity to do well if you put in the work. Execs have open door policy and are very approachable. They want you to suceed.
Open sales floor can be intimidating for new reps but truely the best way to learn from senior reps. Small base but if you do the work and stick with it the uncapped commission makes up for it.
Advice to Management
Potentially consider more data entry help. Would free up some of your seasoned reps to sell more.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DCS (Ann Arbor, MI) in January 2012.
I sat in with a few of the Sales Managers. It was a very welcoming interview, not intimidating at all. I was asked typical questions and we discussed the job opportunity.
