I have been working at DDC full-time

    Pros

Great people and a casual/fun environment to work in. People of all levels are very approachable and willing to chat.

    Cons

Experiencing a few growing pains with our new parent company. It can limit the way the company operates but management is trying to work through it.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at DDC (Washington, DC) in February 2017.

    Interview

Was contacted through email about setting up an interview/screen-er. Upon completion of the call, the interviewer said I would be contacted at the end of the week to follow up. After not hearing anything for a week and a half, i reached back out to the HR professional who originally contacted me. I never received a follow up call or an email response. Very unprofessional.
