Most creative company. Exciting, Fun. Tons of growth potential. You get to interact with people from all over the world. The ability to make your job your own.
with a constantly evolving company comes change which some would find hard to take - but most find exciting
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at DDG (Baltimore, MD).
The Interview begins with a pre interview at ddg. You get to walk around the office and see Architect teams working on projects, be it mixed use, huge master planning in areas. DDG architects presentations are out of this world. Great use of graphics, 3 dementional models, renderings. The catalog we use was a work of art even down to the ecologically correct ink and paper.
It was a take it or leave it nine thousand above my current pay as a Trade Specialst but missing the pension as a State Employee.
