I have been working at DENSO full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Denso has a great work environment everyone is super friendly.

    Cons

When it comes to making changes that will benefit the company they take a long time to implement. There is also a lot of pressure to use Japanese companies when their American or German counterparts may be cheaper and more reliable.

    Advice to Management

Listen to fresh Ideas. New insight can have a dramatic effect on productivity.
