Managers treat employees as equals
Working in the call center can be mentally draining at times, but nothing that management can do to stop that.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DFCU Financial (Detroit, MI) in October 2015.
They were extremely friendly and made me so comfortable. It was more like a conversation with friends. I was nervous in the beginning but relaxed right away. I had a feeling that I was going to get the position and got the position after.
I accepted the offer they made.
