I have been working at DG3 full-time (More than 3 years)
Co workers are very friendly and know their jobs and perform them at a high level. People are mostly friendly and helpful.
Upper Management is only worried about fattening up their pockets. To get any sort of raise you need to find a job and give notice. Then they will try to work with you. For me that is to late! I just want to be fairly compensated for the Job I do.
Advice to Management
Hand out some money to the little guys once in a while. Yearly cost of living raises would be a good start.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at DG3 (Jersey City, NJ) in July 2013.
Sent in my resume, I received a phone call 2 days later, we spoke for about 15 minutes, then I was invited for interview in person at the site. I came to the site, I waited for about 35 minutes to begin the interview. 1st interview with HR, then Production manager, then HR again. Left the site, 3 days later a received a job offer.
