Who We Are

DHL Supply Chain, the leading contract logistics provider in North America thanks to the hard work of over 29,000 associates at more than 400 sites throughout the U.S. and Canada.

How do we do it? By providing innovative, customized supply chain solutions and third-party logistics to some of the world's best-known and most successful companies. Our supply chain design, consulting, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation services help companies be more productive, more efficient and more competitive. In all cases, our customer is at the center of everything we do — from initial situation analysis to the continuous improvement programs that help deliver better results every day.

Talent and Values

DHL Supply Chain is home to the best minds in the logistics management business and we understand that people are your most valuable resource. Logistics may drive our world, but people are what connect it.

Our goal is to increase our associates’ potential, while making them even more productive. We arm them with processes that keep projects on track, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The result: the constant pursuit of greater efficiencies, exceptional service, and new ideas.

We value loyalty. We nurture talent. We encourage progression. And we reward and promote these whenever we can. Whether it’s through flexible work schedules and a culture of openness and respect or personal mentors and our comprehensive range of development programs as our 'Certified' programs, we’ll help you realize your full potential and become a specialist in your area.

The roles within Deutsche Post and DHL are as diverse as the people who do them. Many of our employees spend their entire career with us, moving from one role to the next. They might join as an intern or on the shop floor, then work their way up through different departments and divisions – and different countries too!

We think this says a lot about who we are, and it’s something that makes us extremely proud.

We want our people to develop continuously. That’s why we offer employees an extensive selection of professional and personal development opportunities. Our aim? To create an organization of certified specialists.

Once you join, you’ll find all the opportunities you’d expect from a global company. We have on-site training programs, an online learning portal, further education opportunities, loads of on-the-job training and the chance to gain certifications for your role.

As the world’s leading logistics company, it’s our mission to connect people, improving their lives. And because of our size and our importance for global trade, we have a special responsibility. To our employees, society and the environment.

That’s why, as part of our Strategy 2020, corporate responsibility plays a key role in our overall business strategy. We call this “Living Responsibility”. It’s our approach to creating economic, social and environmental value for our stakeholders and the planet. And it drives us towards our goal of becoming a benchmark for responsible business practices. Our commitment to this vision is reflected our three key pillars of Go Green, Go Help and Go Teach.

Our Responsibility Efforts

We’re committed to our corporate citizenship activities, responsible business practices and our shared value proposition. That’s why we introduced our environmental protection program, GoGreen. And our efforts don’t stop there.

Thanks to our global reach and presence in almost every country, we’re in a unique position to help with societal needs. As part of our GoTeach program, we cooperate with leading international organizations to improve the education of children and young people. And with GoHelp, we support the UN’s disaster management efforts with comprehensive prevention measures. We help get airports ready for natural disasters with our GARD program, and we offer quick and efficient logistics support in the event of a disaster.

The compensation you receive will depend on a number of factors, most notably your role, your performance and your location.

Using a systematic job evaluation, we provide a fair and equitable compensation structure within the group. As you would expect, your salary will be based on your responsibilities, how well you carry them out and the value you provide to the business. It will also depend, however, on the national laws of the country you work in, local market conditions and, where applicable, existing collective agreements.

When it comes to benefits, it largely depends on where you’re based. Here’s an overview of some of the benefits we offer.

  • Flexible working hours(in agreement with your manager)
  • Health and well-being programs
  • 401K
  • Bonus Potential
  • Professional Development
  • Volunteer days
  • Social events
  • Employee discounts

We are recruiting students and recent graduates for both internship and full time opportunities in a variety of business functions nationwide. These opportunities allow you to develop your supply chain knowledge and leadership skills in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.

Want to make a different during your internship?  Our internships give students the opportunity to manage projects within our various departments and distribution centers across North America, while also participating in a formalized summer internship program.  The goal of the program is to enhance student’s business acumen through continuous learning and networking opportunities.

Are you an ambitious, confident and enthusiastic student?  From behind the scenes roles in planning and design to frontline leadership and implementation, you will be part of a diverse and constantly changing work environment.  Here you will develop a passion for the industry, while working in a team-oriented atmosphere and building a foundation of leadership skills that will help to launch your career in whatever direction you choose.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (McDonough, GA) in February 2016.

After applying for several positions, I called to check on my application(s). They really needed Auditors and I expressed I wanted the job. Had my interview the next day and was called to come back in for drug testing, the assessment, and a background check the following week.
