I have been working at DHR International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Smart and successful consultants who are highly competent and collaborative

    Cons

There is very little continuity in the marketing messaging about the firm externally or internally with employees.

    Advice to Management

Increase level of expectations for employees to adhere to policies that will allow them to work more effectively together.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at DHR International.

    Interview

It was over the phone. Moderate call length but it was so effective. The way on the call was so friendly and nice. The questions were average, but they are searching for someone with good analytical skills, hard worker, and can work under pressure. In addition, they prefer someone with good phone skills.
