I have been working at DIGIMIND full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is one such place an platform that you would totally love working for. It has an amazing product, an amazing team of people, and a great work culture.
It is very KPI based and folks that are entrepreneurial would love the set-up just because it demands the best out of you. If you are more laid-back and not really into fast-paced set-ups, maybe this place is not for you.
It has every major tool in your business function to work with. It is a great learning opportunity as well as a great growth opportunity.
You perform and grow, that is how it works.
Folks here are polite, friendly, and smart. They are hard-working and very career focused. That inspires everyone around.
If you are an achiever and have high aspirations, this is the right place for you!

    Cons

The fast-paced set-up might scare some people.
It would be great to see a little more transparency especially that coming from top leadership.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing the great job you are doing. The product and the way the business is run is highly commendable. You have been around for more than 20 years for a reason.
But I would also ask to be more interactive with the employees and spend a little more time with them so we can fill that leadership gap that might have chances to occur sometimes.
Otherwise, be the best people you are always!

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at DIGIMIND (New York, NY) in August 2018.

    Interview

Digimind does seem like a very compelling product. I started off with a phone interview with their recruiter which went well. She then had me interview with one of their senior sales reps.

That's where things began to break down a bit. That interview went well and he boosted my confidence in the company. I say it broke down because there seems to be a big disconnect from their Corp office in Paris and their NY office. I was surprised when he messaged me that he was told at the very last minute about my interview with him . Bad form

On to the VP! I was emailed about setting up a time to speak the following week. I responded back immediately with my availability. Nothing back from him and when I called Tuesday he was very abrupt and treated me as if I was interrupting him. Not any knowledge meant that he had not responded. He said he was working on scheduling my 2nd interview for Friday or the following week.

logically I called back Thursday to see if we can firm up a time for Friday or early next week and YET AGAIN he presented as if I was interrupting his day. He obviously found a candidate he liked better but didn't have the professionalism to simply say that. Needless to say I told him that I was pulling out of further consideration and he didn't seem phased.

Overall this company seems to be a disconnected mess.
