Great brand and have built a smart dev team in the past year
No one is happy. They can't keep talent. Great plans are laid out, then some exec named bob squashes it all on your Tuesday morning. It's so demoralizing. I literally had panic attacks from the stress and dysfunctional environment. The upper management and product development team have no clue how software development should work. No one in upper management has any sort of tech or development background. It's sales and nothing else, disguised as "ed tech". Attend a "division meeting", you'll see and quit by week's end. Stay away.
