Interviewed twice. First interview they told me right at the start that they had filled the position internally but still wanted to hear about my experience? Very strange and disorganized. I think the interviewer felt bad so she connected me with another person that potentially was looking to fill a similar position. She looked stressed and miserable during the whole interview.
