Mission: We strive to be the leading global business law firm by delivering quality and value to our clients.
I worked at DLA Piper full-time
Always treated their employees with dignity and respect, especially important during the years of economic crisis. Great benefits!!! Very reasonable premium rates for their staff and many free but comprehensive benefits too. Good environment, lots of great people.
Often grew too quickly for staff to keep up with the changes. At the end of my employment they were running so lean of staff it made it very difficult to continue to offer strong quality services.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DLA Piper in August 2015.
I got the interview through a recruiter, it seems like that is how they go about looking for candidates. My recruiter gave me 3 assessments, Microsoft Word, windows 7, and call center in which I passed all of them. Within a few hours he scheduled me for a phone screen with the company. The screen went well, just be very familiar with your resume and get ready to explain your working history to the interviewer.
