    The deal combines two California financing and accounting staffing firms DLC has acquired Beacon Resources LLC, a finance and accounting staffing firm. Beacon, headquartered in Newport Beach, California, was founded in 2010 and provides staffing and executive-search services. Woodland Hills, California-based DLC, backed by private equity firm Gryphon Investors, is a professional services firm that helps companies find accounting and finance employees.

    I have been working at DLC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Completed my 2nd year and DLC continues to prove how great this company is. The resources available to maintain and pursue professional certifications, the connectivity/networking opportunities, the internal initiatives (i.e. New Hire Partner Program) that help newer consultants acclimate to the firms culture, the recognition, etc. make this a great place to work. Not many can say they have the opportunity to have face time with a down-to-earth CEO, but, this firm does just that. The internal team is always supportive and available when needed. Great customer satisfaction evaluations and positive on the spot feedback from my clients is the very least I can do to express my gratitude.

    Cons

    None. Such a great company to be apart of and to represent. Great vision/outlook (Many thanks Tom!), great internal team, great incentives, and exceptional benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Thank you DLC for everything that you have done and continue to do for my professional development. You continue to provide opportunities that have helped me expand my skill sets. You.. Are.. Exceptionally Great!

    Interview

    The interview went rather smoothly. They see you as a cash cow so they make all the snap judgments on your resume. Keep in mind, it is what they can sale not who you really are so make sure you are telling them how much money your skills will make them and they will have a grin from ear to ear.
