Mission: DLL combines customer focus with deep industry knowledge to deliver sustainable solutions for the complete asset life cycle, including retail finance, commercial finance and used equipment finance.
“DLL was commended this year for its consistently high level of engagement with its vendor partners, high volumes and the innovative Pay Per Use models. DLL distinguishes itself by its approach, its organization, its methodologies and its asset management capabilities, that aren't seen anywhere else."
“These strong interim results were made possible by an engaged and talented workforce committed to delivering a first-class experience to our vendor partners and their end-customers,” commented Bill Stephenson, CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board.

How we do it
At DLL, we believe in genuine partnerships. The kind built on personal trust, not numbers. Partnership to us means seeing what really counts. We see more than a customer and work harder as a partner, to help get the right tools into the right hands. We also know how to think global, act local.
“Our global reach, industry specialization, asset knowledge and digital solutions deliver a customer experience that has been unrivaled in the marketplace for 50 years. DLL’s unique approach empowers our partners to provide exceptional solutions to their customers—and build more sustainable businesses,” stated DLL Chief Commercial Officer Tom Meredith in 2019 kickoff address.
We also realize that the strength and well-being of our community is of utmost importance. In the U.S. our employees provide over 10,000 hours per year giving back to the community through such organizations as Ronald McDonald House, Cradles to Crayons, and Special Olympics.
We give you unique opportunities to build your career within a dynamic global company that values partnership, customer focus and respect. A business at the forefront of the leasing and financial solutions industry with expertise developed over more than 40 years.

Advice to Management
Keep it up!
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at DLL (Wayne, PA) in April 2016.
The interview process was a standard 3 step process then an offer. Step 1 was an initial phone interview with HR, Step 2 was the first in person interview, then step 3 was a second interview. The only complaint was that communication could of been better about where things stood during the different steps and time frames for hearing back were always presented as shorter than they turned out to be.
The company offered more than I asked for and was flexible with the start date.
