“DLL was commended this year for its consistently high level of engagement with its vendor partners, high volumes and the innovative Pay Per Use models. DLL distinguishes itself by its approach, its organization, its methodologies and its asset management capabilities, that aren't seen anywhere else."
Who we are
DLL is a global financial solutions partner working in nine industries. We enable your businesses to use the assets you need to contribute to the world in a meaningful way, both economically and socially. We create success for you as a partner, as a customer and ourselves by seeing what really counts.
Why we do it
DLL delivers original, integrated financial solutions to support the asset life cycle from leasing, vendor and commercial finance to remarketing.
How we do it
At DLL, we believe in genuine partnerships. The kind built on personal trust, not numbers. Partnership to us means seeing what really counts. We see more than a customer and work harder as a partner, to help get the right tools into the right hands.
We also realize that the strength and well-being of our community is of utmost importance. In the U.S. our employees provide over 10,000 hours per year giving back to the community through such organizations as Ronald McDonald House, Cradles to Crayons, and Special Olympics.
We give you unique opportunities to build your career within a dynamic global company that values partnership, customer focus and respect. A business at the forefront of the leasing and financial solutions industry with expertise developed over more than 40 years.
More than 95% of the respondents to the company’s annual survey in 2017 indicated that DLL’s overall benefits package met or exceeded their expectations. DLL offers:
DLL recently announced a trio of family leave policies to provide enhanced support to its more than 1,300 members across the United States. Effective January 2018:
“We see ourselves as leaders in the benefits value proposition and have been able to create a meaningful and successful program, with proven outcomes and satisfaction evidenced by our member feedback,” said Sean McManus, VP Human Resources. “Our brand motto, ‘See what counts’, says it all. Our team understands what really matters for our industry, our organization, and most importantly, our DLL members.”

Advice to Management
- automate and digitize as much as possible
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at DLL (Wayne, PA) in April 2016.
The interview process was a standard 3 step process then an offer. Step 1 was an initial phone interview with HR, Step 2 was the first in person interview, then step 3 was a second interview. The only complaint was that communication could of been better about where things stood during the different steps and time frames for hearing back were always presented as shorter than they turned out to be.
The company offered more than I asked for and was flexible with the start date.
