I have been working at DLL full-time (More than 5 years)
DLL feels like a family oriented company that looks out for you and your best interests. The salaries are competitive with amazing benefits. PTO allocation is extremely generous, in fact, most employees have more PTO days than they know what to do with. DLL offers a sabbatical after 7 years of employment. There are frequent departmental celebrations with food and drink along with fun and games. Management knows how to keep their department happy.
Company needs new talent, as some of the employees have worked here for a very long time. A fresh perspective never hurts.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what your doing, and don't lose the #1 spot in the Vendor Finance game.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at DLL (Wayne, PA) in April 2016.
The interview process was a standard 3 step process then an offer. Step 1 was an initial phone interview with HR, Step 2 was the first in person interview, then step 3 was a second interview. The only complaint was that communication could of been better about where things stood during the different steps and time frames for hearing back were always presented as shorter than they turned out to be.
The company offered more than I asked for and was flexible with the start date.
