    I have been working at DMA full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    I had the good fortune of starting my career at DMA and have nothing but positive things to say about the organization. Each employee is appreciated, empowered, and shares in the success of DMA through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which is an excellent retirement vehicle that has created significant shareholder value to the employees. Culture is top-notch – friendly/flexible workplace, no politics, and team collaboration. You will be recognized for your hard work and provided opportunities to advance. Very stable company with solid executive team that truly cares.

    Cons

    None. Company grew significantly over the past 5-10 years, which created normal growing pains, however those are in the past and the future is bright!

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DMA (Fort Wayne, IN) in January 2020.

    Interview

    Applied online and they called me in a few days later. Interview went really well and at the end they told me that I got the job. Two weeks later they told me that since I had a criminal record I wasn't good enough to work for them. Didn't even bother to tell me this, just left me hanging until I kept bothering them. Do yourself a favor and don't apply here, their not good people.
