In 2003 DMC Atlanta was formed in Atlanta, GA in response to a demand from large companies for a more effective, personal and results-driven approach to acquiring new customers.

Since we opened DMC Atlanta in July of 2003, we have had a strong commitment to charitable organizations and giving back to our community. DMC Atlanta is part of several direct marketing, sales, and advertising networking groups and organizations. In 2011, we partnered several other organizations to support Operation Smile - an organization that funds mission trips throughout the world for doctors and volunteers to provide safe, effective reconstructive surgery for children born with facial deformities such as cleft lip and cleft palate.
In total, DMC Atlanta has raised over $10,000 for Operation Smile!
Beginning in 2009, DMC Atlanta began hosting multiple blood drives per year with the goal of "saving a life a day per year." Since each pint of blood can save up to three lives, the DMC Atlanta team has been able to help save nearly 1000 lives since our blood drives started!
DMC Atlanta's management training program is designed to train and develop people from all degrees and walks of life from entry level marketing and sales representatives into managing partners within our organization. Whether you are a recent college graduate or a professional with years of experience, you must begin at the entry level in order to earn a management position in our firm.
DMC Atlanta’s philosophy of rapid, merit-based promotion means that you advance based on performance, not seniority. DMC Atlanta and our national team attended a National Leadership and Awards Conference for the Direct Marketing Industry from July 27th-29th in Atlanta, GA. The team had an opportunity to hear from NCAA Champion Anthony Robles, senior team members, and professional speakers.
At the conference, Partner David Ahn (Ft. Worth, TX) earned the 50/50 Club Award, Chad Harpole (Charlotte, NC) was awarded 20/20 Club, Jenna Huss was awarded for excellence in HR, and DMC President, Adam Dorfman was awarded Million Dollar Club, DirecTV Center of Excellence, and "Consultant of the Year," an award celebrating the largest organizational growth of any affiliate team.

This isn't going to be for everyone and that's ok. You need to be passionate about providing a solution to the customers needs. This isn't the type of position where you can slack off and expect to easily be able to sell a product.
Advice to Management
Keep setting the standard and the expectations high, keep motivating the team to look at the bigger picture. I enjoy what I do and love coming to work.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DMC Atlanta (Atlanta, GA) in December 2015.
first interview process will be a digital one with Hirevue so I went online to learn as much as I could to prepare and gathered a lot of information which helped me nail it
