I worked at DONG Energy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good salary and pension plan, private health insurance included. Canteen and well equipped gym on site, flexible hours and possibility of telecommuting.

    Cons

Some sectors suffer from severe endogamy and people need to be very aligned with management / colleagues to be able to progress.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at DONG Energy.

    Interview

1,5 hours total. The first 45 minutes consisted of the hiring manager & colleague telling about D.E. e.g. structure & departments. The remaining time was dedicated to questions.

    Interview Questions

    • How old are you?

So irrelevant and so unprofessional. In some countries, this question is illegal. Unfortunately, not in Denmark.

This question has nothing to do with motivation, skills, experience, or competence.   Answer Question
