    Pros

The company culture at DPR is pervasive and true to the core values. Buying in is a big part of success in the company.

    Cons

The lack of standard procedures and oversight can be a challenge for those that need specific direction and management.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up. As long as the core values and mission remain consistent throughout the growing number of offices, DPR will continue to be one of the best companies to work for.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at DPR Construction.

    Interview

Met recruiter at an on-campus recruiting event during the Spring of 2016. He told me that they were there only to recruit graduating students, but even though I wasn't, they still wanted to interview me. Of course, I accepted, still having hope. Interview went well, and they reiterated what was previously said but added they would try their hardest to work something out. The guys were very nice, and encouraged me to come back in the Fall.
