Good and helpful artist are there to learn from. for beginners it is a good place to start.
salary will never grow if you start here and stay long. quality is dropping per project as the r more focused on business. No value of artist and there work, only oiling work better. Too much politic.
Advice to Management
Please try to give more value to your senior employee. Good artist are leaving the studio because they are not getting enough response.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at DQ Entertainment (Hyderabad (India)).
Three rounds of interview. Test round, technical round and HR round. test round is where they give you a scene and have to match with the output given.In technical round its quite simple but be confident in what you tell.
Don't bend to much to what they offer. It will affect your future salary comparative to others.
