Product launch= 80 hour weeks. Too many temps.
Advice to Management
If you use temps- they have to be temp to perm or you get the bottom of the barrel.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at DRÄXLMAIER Group (Duncan, SC) in April 2017.
Panel interview at the facility. I was given two names of people who I would be meeting with, but there were three additional people present. This was no problem but it would have been nice to know. I received a call about this position, I did not apply. This is worth noting because after the panel, I sent a thank you note to the recruiter and the other person in HR leadership whose name I had been given and no one bothered to respond to me with any acknowledgement. I later learned that they were still recruiting for the position. Some training is obviously needed in candidate experience.
