Trusted to do my job; good level of autonomy. Great peer interaction & team spirit. Good pay, benefits and 9/80 work schedule with every other Fri off (mirrors DOD stateside).
The div was dependent on former sole source contracts that then went to competition. Exec mgt was too late putting a competitive organization in place and there were developmental challenges that delayed a new product line that would have "rebooted" the div.
Advice to Management
New exec mgt is slowly building the business following a nadir; it now needs to focus on opptys that play to its core tech strengths.
