    Pros

I really enjoy working at DSFederal. It is a place, where your opinion is matter. They have a wonderful management team, that willing to teach you and help you with your career growth. The CEO is very kind and is like a mother to her employees. She cooks delicious food and brings it to the office. I definitely would recommend this company for employment.

    Cons

This is a young and developing company and might face some challenges as it grows.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DSFederal (Alexandria, VA) in August 2014.

    Interview

Received one phone call and was then asked to update a few things on my resume so the government would accept. Afterwards HR coordinated all hiring details. Was given a verbal offer and then it was followed up with a written offer.
