I have been working at DSLD Homes full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Stable, plenty of further education opportunities, good management, steady work load

    Cons

Not really anything worth noting or out of the norm for a larger construction company.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DSLD Homes in February 2014.

    Interview

Applicants were asked to email resume in. Received an email from HR and set up an interview. Interview was very informal. HR emailed to set up a second interview. Again, very informal and offer was submitted. Upon acceptance, you walk around and meet everyone as the new hire.

    Interview Questions

    • The questions were very informal and really were just about the candidate describing there experience.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

They are very unopened about negotiating salary. I was able to get $1,000 more annually than the offer.
