    I have been working at DXC Technology full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE
    Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities
    A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability
    Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced
    Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees
    Brilliant CTO

    Cons

    Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention)
    Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals).
    Replacing people with software as fast as possible
    Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible
    Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives

    Advice to Management

    Bringing the CSC CEO and CFO over was a real mistake. The morale was terrible at CSC prior to the merger after five years or relentless cutting and piling work on survivors at an unsustainable pace. Lawrie should have rode off into the sunset with his tens of millions in bonuses for tripling CSC's stock price over the last five years. What worked at CSC will NOT work at DXC. You can't cut your way to profitable GROWTH. Increasing profits through cutting faster than your clients abandon you and selling off all your IP and buildings is not a long term strategy.

    It felt very much like a formality but it was already guaranteed I had the job. Mostly non technical questions which I like much better than a technical interview. Your resume , degrees , certifications already show your ability so the interview should be about fit
