Thrive on change! DXC is an excellent place to work. My role and the rapport with my team is highly rated in comparison to other organizations. Everyone is willing to help and answer any questions. Others ask me for my input and listen to my suggestions due to my work experience. The benefits, salary, developmental opportunities are very good. During my past 90 days, I am happy to be part of the DXC family and to contribute for many future years!

Advice to Management
Continue to share the companies goals and objectives with the employees. Continue with the communication (i.e. town halls, newsletters, etc.) to all employees. These lines keep the communication flowing which makes me understand how I my role contributes to the successful results.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DXC Technology (Seattle, WA) in December 2015.
Series of phone interviews happened (Recruiter, HR, etc.) before the interview with the hiring manager and his manager. It was not too hard. Interviewers were great and very much personable.
