    I have been working at DXC Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Was hired during COVID-19 where we're required to "Work From Home". Did all of my onboarding virtually and they notified me before my start date regarding my onboarding in-advanced.

    My first impression was they concern about their employees well being due to pandemic situation.

    Most of the services are accessible via online making "Working From Home" possible, and quite easy to understand. Also, the managers/supervisors are helpful during my onboarding.

    Cons

    Have not yet meet my local teams due to this COVID-19 restriction. Maybe it will change once this clear up.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DXC Technology (El Paso, TX) in July 2019.

    Interview

    First interview was with the recruiter basically just asked me about work experience and skills, second interview was technical, I was asked about OOP , Web services and Databases, third interview was directly with the hiring manager and some other staff members just to review more about the duties for the role.
