    Advice to Management

A wonderful place to work, since the new management has taken over. Employees are happier, people are productive, and successful.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at DaBella.

The HR interviewer was inexperienced and it showed. He had made his way up the ranks and it was apparent that he doesn’t have adequate training to find high-level talent. If you’re interested in a job beyond the pavement pounders or telemarketing reps (which is a completely different type of hire than one of the core leaders of the business), and could actually help lead this company to a new level of professionalism and growth, I’m guessing you’ll be overlooked. I interviewed months ago for a job that’s still being listed. The initial interview went really well, the HR guy was impressed with me, and he told me he would contact me to arrange a time to interview with the owner in the next week or two, but then I never heard back. When I followed up, I was told they were re-evaluating the position. When it got posted again, I contacted the HR guy, he said he was no longer doing that job and said he’d let the new HR person know. I officially re-applied and never heard back. I see they just posted the same job yet again.

    Interview Questions

    • Very basic questions on my experience and background.   Answer Question
    • Note: When you first arrive, you’ll be given a paper job application to fill out. The interviewer had that, rather than my resume, in front of him while interviewing.   Answer Question
