Could work from home three to four days per week. Fairly good salary structure.
The benefits package was very generous.
Seemed to be a very stable environment, with clear company strategies, goals and initiatives. They are clearly explained to employees.
They want their employees to be as successful as possible. Successful employees, means a more profitable company
Advancement can be a slow process. Employees are there for several years before they can expect a promotion.
Advice to Management
Management does an overall good job. The opportunities for advancement are their if you are patient. I don't think the hourly positions are paid enough for the work that is completed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Daiwa Capital Advisors (New York, NY) in June 2008.
Good process, good company. Just not what I wanted to do.
