    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dallas County Community College District (Mesquite, TX) in March 2014.

    Interview

I interviewed with my future Manager and Associate Director of IT. I had the basic technical questions that my job would require me to do. What goals did I have for the next five years? Can you work with a Team? With little or no supervision? The hiring manager had a list of questions that he had written the day before and just reading of it. Typical Interview.

    Negotiation

The Salary offered was more than the starting salary of the position.
