Advice to Management
Mentor and support employees with more communication.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Danlaw Inc (Novi, MI) in March 2016.
I applied via email and was contacted within a few days to schedule an interview. The first round of interviews took place over the phone with an HR representative. A few days later, I was invited in for a second interview with the Hiring Manager and HR representative. Both interviews lasted less than an hour.
Through collaboration with Oakland County, Danlaw hosted February’s Tech248 MeetUp for over 80 technology-based companies across Michigan. Tim Morris, COO, and Dan McClung, VP of Engineering Solutions, discussed how Danlaw’s Connected Car products are creating a new ecosystem of personal mobility.
While we enjoyed showcasing our new Connected Car products, the Tech248 MeetUp was more than just presentations and demos. The event provided a catalyst to form new partnerships, discuss the advancement of technology industries in Metro-Detroit, and get to know fellow leaders in our community. Learn more below!
