    Unfortunately like all good things, they come to an end. The company was purchased and was never the same.

    Advice to Management

    There are very little managers there from the time it was a small company with big goals. Unless the new company wants to encourage the passion of the remaining people, it's doomed to fail.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Daptiv (Seattle, WA) in January 2014.


    After meeting the hiring manager informally, we had a phone interview to cover the basic capabilities of the position. Once he was confident of my experience, I was scheduled to speak with three peers on the PM team. Each team member met with me separately and they didn't seem to be completely in sync with each other regarding the range of topics they covered. The questions were straightforward and were directed at either specific aspects of my past experience or my preferences for a given situation. We also discussed the existing organization and product quite a bit.
