    Pros

    None anymore.

    Salaries used to be adequate, now they are kings at low balling.

    Cons

    Inadequate facilities.

    Bait and switch.

    Your passport determines your salary and then you are stuck.

    No way to advance or improve.

    Advice to Management

    Stop cutting costs.

    Automate processes.

    Get rid of the toxic people.

    Treat your employees like human beings.
