Mission: Be DARYL FLOOD DEPENDABLE to our customers and to each other.
Be the worlds most DEPENDABLE relocation & logistics provider.
I have been working at Daryl Flood, Inc. full-time
The company puts a lot of effort into their culture. They are supportive of employees and value their input. Ideas outside of the box are encouraged. The company practices the Great Game of Business which means that all financial information is shared, and employees are encouraged to be involved as much as possible. Profit sharing is doled out quarterly. Benefits are comparable. Yes the company is focused on making money, but what company isn't? More importantly, customer service is at the heart of what they do and drives everything. The CEO is involved and interacts with employees regularly and you can feel that he cares about everyone's efforts.
Could be a bit more tangible on how a single person can contribute to achieving profit sharing. Some systems operate at the level of a smaller company, but with all the growth they've experienced over the last several years they're quickly working to catch up. Benefit costs are more than I’d like but not crazy. They have made several improvements recently though to many benefits. More vacation, better plan options, etc
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Daryl Flood, Inc. (Coppell, TX) in June 2013.
Personal question that revealed my attributes and character traits. Descriptive on the culture and path of the company on where they were at and where they wanted to be. Revealed certain details that were interesting to the culture of Daryl Flood.
