I worked at Daston full-time (More than a year)
Flexible and fair compensation. The basic perks were good but were changing (for worst) by the time I left.
There was big difference between when I started working there as compared to the time I left. The management turned overtly money conscious to the degree that they will not compensate employees what they were entitled for. Family management meant no room to grow. No new projects means if your project is not renewed, you are out of job.
Advice to Management
Need professional management to make the company grow.
