I have been working at Data Doctors full-time (More than a year)
The company is well respected and has been in business a long time. They have a really good reputation and the management / ownership is actively involved day to day. Techs at other places want to work at Data Doctors. There are a few possibilities for advancement by gaining skills for Business service or in their Data Recovery Labs.
Working in a retail store - sometimes can be frustrating working with the public. Especially when it's busy.
Advice to Management
Annual holiday parties are really good. More get together in the year maybe? I like when the ownership visits my store.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Data Doctors (Carmel, IN) in May 2015.
I was given a series of three phone interviews, each more in-depth than the one before it. I was then given an hour long skype interview which seemed to go very well, but myself and none of the other interviewees were hired as I saw the position posted just days later. For an entry-level position the interview process was definitely overkill and they seem to be much too picky.
