Mission: To make marketing smarter with data science
Meet Johanna Grahn, an Account Director based in the Sydney office! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vIo7U
Welcome to a World of Data-Driven Marketing
Why work at DataXu? Because you want to work for a market leader poised for explosive growth – but still small enough so that everyone makes a difference. Free weekly lunches, happy hours and costume competitions? Yeah, we’ve got all that.
In 2009, DataXu was founded on the premise that data science could help make marketing better. Not just more efficient for agencies or more profitable for brands, but also more personalized and more engaging for consumers.
Our vision of helping marketers truly understand how marketing investments cause sales and profitable customer relationships is now a reality. And we’re proud to say that the world’s top brands and agencies partner with us to deliver real results and prove how marketing impacts the business.
DataXu today remains an open next-generation marketing analytics platform that enables marketers to better understand and engage consumers in a programmatic world, no matter what device they’re using. With 15 offices in eleven countries, DataXu services more than 700 brands across the globe.
Welcome to the Programmatic Marketing Revolution
It used to be enough for a CMO to point to a great creative campaign, a positive brand lift study or increased website traffic as evidence of effective marketing. Today, marketers everywhere are under increasing pressure to provide quantifiable evidence of how marketing is helping an organization grow. DataXu helps marketers get there at last.
Our goal is to find innovative people who want to be a part of our innovative company.
We’re constantly strengthening our team and looking for talented people to join us. Any of the below opportunities sound intriguing? Get in touch!
If you think you’ve got the skills and passion we’re looking for, check out some of our exciting opportunities around the globe.
At DataXu, Giving Back Is Part of Who We Are
We care about our clients, and we care about our community.
DataXu is dedicated to social responsibility and supporting local philanthropic initiatives, including: Charles River Conservancy, Greater Boston Food Bank, Cradles to Crayons, Pets are Worth Saving (PAWS)/Chicago, and many more.
We’re obsessed with our clients, our product, our people and innovation. Which is why twice a year, we host Innovation Day when employees stop the day to day work to partner with colleagues around the globe on projects to better our company.
Innovation Day is your chance to research a new idea, try out a new code library, come up with a crazy new product idea, invent a new machine learning trick, or fix that uber-annoying bug that never makes it to the top of the To-Do list. We’re proud to support innovation and give our employees room to grow, learn and create something astonishing.

A short blurb about Dataxu:
If this is not the time for you to consider a move, perhaps you have a friend/colleague who may be a interested and is a fit. We do have a generous referral bonus.
Thank you for your time.
I have been working at DataXu full-time (More than 3 years)
I love the people I work with, both in region and across the country. Allows for a great work/life balance. Pretty flexible as far as hours/being in the office goes as long as you are getting your job done. Pay is great, benefits are solid. I love working here.
I have nothing bad to say about DataXu
I interviewed for a high level position at DataXu and was completely unimpressed with their rather unprofessional HR/ recruiting team. They are inexperienced in the art of talent acquisition, managing a candidate pipeline or generally representing their company. Based on the experience with their terrible HR, I removed myself from the process. Absolutely horrible!
