I worked at Datamonitor full-time (More than 8 years)
Young, ambitious employees. Have the opportunity to wear a lot of hats and get exposed to a lot of different parts of the organization. Company has a lot of history and is well diversified to hold it through tougher times
Company lacks innovative drive since acquisition. Products are decreasing in value and utility. Relevance an issue. Has lost a lot of smart people. The pace of the organization is slowing and new competitors are coming out left and right. Also cultural and sales focus very European focused though money is in the US.
Advice to Management
Develop products for the future instead of rehashing the old. Leverage multiple sales channels to promote products, including events side. Expand presence in US and build brand up to where it was in the mid-2000's.
I applied online. I interviewed at Datamonitor.
Two weeks after applying on LinkedIn, I was contacted by HR and one member in the team. First round is a written test and the second round is a teleconference with two cases to solve and many interview questions.
