I have been working at Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski full-time (Less than a year)
Does a lot to support new employees - mentoring program they actually take seriously, opportunities to learn a lot quickly
Company is really into the "DOZ foundation," which is good for giving back to community
Could do more to support CPA exam candidates
Does not have good community recognition
Advice to Management
Work on website/marketing appearance
Sponsor something in the community to get DOZ's name out - this will help with recruiting
Consider opening a second office in another part of the country
I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski (West Lafayette, IN) in September 2016.
Asked questions about almost everything on my resume and how I was involved in each thing. Asked a lot of situational based questions and how I overcame certain circumstances. Overall a very casual interview process.
