I have been working at David J. Joseph full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

DJJ is a competent, fast-paced company with tons of room for vertical and horizontal mobility. As an ops manager, you work in an ever-changing, dynamic environment that focuses on process improvement and project management.

    Cons

They ask a lot of you. I average between 50-60 hours a week as a salary employee.

    Advice to Management

Try to maintain transparency within the LLCs. Too many things happen "behind the scenes" that leaves workers and managers alike wondering.
