I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David Jones (Melbourne (Australia)).
Group interview with some group problem solving activities with 20-30 people on about 6 tables. eg what sort of questions to ask a customer looking for a particular product. Try to volunteer to present your group's work to everyone. About half the people there were wearing the all black like the David Jones uniform while the others were wearing business casual, suits etc. There was no individual interview. Received an offer by email a few days later. Overall, it was quite easy and relaxed so just try to present yourself well and be involved in the group's discussion
