Small company with many opportunities. Good culture. Long history of excellence. Has successful way of doing things for a long time so comfortable it will do well over long run.
Less structure means more opportunities but also less organized. A small company split up between 3 locations is not ideal. Communication between the 3 offices could be improved.
Advice to Management
Look to improve communication between offices.
