    Competence of employees and management in subject matter, Diversity of project work; support of new ideas / new ways of approaching projects or research; responsibility and trust given to employees to do project work and work with clients; respect of personal schedules for the most part.


    Ineffective, passive communication within senior management and from management to other employees; lack of company transparency, work environment that doesn't encourage teamwork.

    Advice to Management

    In order to remain a leader in field and retain employees, facilitate a more cooperative environment, come to work with a positive attitude, encourage knowledge-sharing and improve company culture to be more modern. This improvement in culture and knowledge will allow for work on more cutting edge projects.
