You must thrive in a fast paced environment and be flexible to constant change. Parking in our Seattle office is costly, but there is an early bird special. Traffic can be a pain to navigate during rush hour, game days, and should there be a protest in the area, and workload may change constantly due to department needs.

Continue to encourage employee growth, and provide constructive feedback during reviews.

Met with 2 partners. Both asked the same questions regarding why a labor-side attorney would want to switch-sides. Neither one seemed prepared for the interview, but both were very friendly. The office environment seemed friendly but busy.
