Dawn creates a positive work environment where employees are encouraged to create, innovate and invest in the future of this amazing company. Employees are treated like family members and I truly enjoy coming to work everyday. My coworkers are all fantastic and I genuinely feel a connection to them and the organization as a whole.

Advice to Management
Stay the course! There will be bumps along the way but as long as we stay true to our Mission we will be in great shape.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dawn Foods (Detroit, MI) in October 2017.
I applied on line and uploaded my cover letter and resume. I competed my profile online, as well. It took a while to receive a call, but the phone interview went well.
