    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deaconess (Oklahoma City, OK).

    Interview

Phone interview consisting of a few very basic questions about job search and then in person interview in department with director, team lead, and a few staff Rn for that unit.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a stressful situation in your career and how you handled it.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

I was initially offered a salary that was almost $2 less than a nearby hospital offered, I asked for my salary to be raised to that amount and the next day they called to tell me they would match that offer.
